Later returns to reception after 18:00 can be arranged separately upon request.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Good to Know<\/h3>\n<div>\n<p>Riders around 150 cm tall can usually use an S-size electric mountain bike. Likewise, an L-size bike is generally suitable for riders over 185 cm tall.<\/p>\n<p>If you are between two sizes, a smaller bike offers more agility, while a larger bike provides more stability. Contact us if you need help choosing the right size.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Booking &#038; Cancellation Terms<\/h3>\n<div>\n<p>We do our best to ensure that your rental experience is smooth and enjoyable. Please read the following terms before renting a bike.<\/p>\n<h3>1. Use of the Bicycle<\/h3>\n<p>Do not leave the bike unattended. The renter accepts the bike in good condition and agrees to return it in the same condition at the end of the rental period.<\/p>\n<p>The renter agrees to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>comply with Finnish law and the rules of Sy\u00f6te National Park<\/li>\n<li>not adjust or modify any mechanical parts of the bike<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Late returns will be charged as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>\u20ac20 per bike + \u20ac10 per hour<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>E-bikes: \u20ac20 per bike + \u20ac20 per hour<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The renter is responsible for any damage to or loss of the bike. If the bike is lost or damaged beyond repair, the replacement value of the bike will be charged.<\/p>\n<h3>2. Insurance &amp; Liability<\/h3>\n<p>We recommend that renters have appropriate insurance coverage.<\/p>\n<p>Hilltop Hotel Iso-Sy\u00f6te is not responsible for injuries, illness, or damage to personal belongings.<\/p>\n<p>The renter is liable for any damage caused during the rental period. Lost or severely damaged bikes will be charged according to the replacement value of the bike (<strong>\u20ac2,600\u20135,600<\/strong>).<\/p>\n<h3>3. Repairs &amp; Maintenance<\/h3>\n<p>If the bike breaks down, please do not abandon it. The renter is responsible for returning the bike to the rental location.<\/p>\n<p>All repairs and replacement parts will be charged to the renter unless the issue is caused by normal wear and tear. In such cases, we will provide a replacement bike when possible.<\/p>\n<h3>4. Accidents &amp; Release of Liability<\/h3>\n<p>The renter releases <strong>Lapland Bike Hotel<\/strong> from liability for any damages or incidents arising from the use of the bicycle.<\/p>\n<p>The renter is fully responsible for the bike from pick-up until return.<\/p>\n<h3>5. Cancellation Policy<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>A <strong>\u20ac50 administration fee<\/strong> is always charged and is non-refundable<\/li>\n<li>Cancellations made <strong>21 days or more before the rental date<\/strong> are free of charge, excluding the administration fee<\/li>\n<li>Cancellations made <strong>less than 21 days before the rental date<\/strong> will be charged in full<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Hilltop Hotel Iso-Sy\u00f6te reserves the right to cancel the activity if there are fewer than <strong>4 participants<\/strong>.
