Reception at Hilltop Hotel Iso-Syöte is open daily to assist guests with check-in, check-out, activity bookings and any questions during your stay in Finnish Lapland.

Reception is open daily from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm.

If you plan to arrive after 10:00 pm, please contact reception before 9:00 pm at +358 20 147 6400 so we can arrange your late check-in.

Check-in for hotel rooms is from 3:00 pm to 10:00 pm, and for cottages from 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm.

If you plan to arrive after 10:00 pm, please contact reception before 9:00 pm.

8:00 am – 12:00 pm

If you wish to check out earlier in the morning, please inform reception by 9:00 pm the previous evening.

You can order, for example, a bottle of sparkling wine or chocolates to your room for your arrival day.

A takeaway snack package can be ordered no later than the previous day for the following morning at a price of €15. It includes a filled sandwich, fruit, juice box, and a bun.

• Daily cleaning in hotel rooms is provided Monday to Saturday.
• Suites are cleaned daily.
• Daily cleaning takes place between 9:00 am and 3:00 pm. Bed linen is changed once during stays of one week.
• Final cleaning is included in the price of the cottages. However, dishwashing and taking out the rubbish are not included. A fee of €35 will be charged for unwashed dishes.
• For fell cottages, waste containers are located next to cottage T1B.
• For log cottages, the recycling point is located at the beginning of Metsäsyötteentie road. The key to the recycling point can be found in the cottage windbreak/entrance area. Please return the key to its place after use.
• Please return furniture and other items to their original places before departure.
• No Smoking:
• All rooms and cottages are non-smoking, including balconies. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors and on balconies. A fee of €50 will be charged for smoking on the balcony, €400 for smoking inside the room, and a minimum of €800 for false fire alarms caused by smoking.

Iso-Syöte Guest (open network, no password)

Small, well-behaved and house-trained pets are welcome in our cottages, with the exception of allergy-friendly cottages. Pets must not cause disturbance to neighboring cottages.

You can book a pet-friendly cottage through our online store and add the pet fee to your reservation under additional services.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in hotel rooms, suites, the restaurant, or the terrace, with the exception of the Skywalk rooftop terrace. Guide dogs are permitted in the accessible Star Superior room.

Hotellihuoneet ja sviitit

Huoneiden jäteastiat on jaettu kolmeen osioon:

1. Biojäte (bio): Tähän astiaan lajitellaan eloperäiset jätteet, kuten ruoantähteet ja kasvijätteet. Biojätteet voidaan kompostoida, mikä on ekologinen tapa vähentää jätteiden määrää ja tuottaa ravinteikasta multaa kasveille.
2. Sekajäte (mixed): Sekajäteastiaan kuuluvat jätteet, joita ei voi kierrättää muilla tavoilla, kuten esimerkiksi muovikääreet, rikkinäiset esineet ja muut ei-kierrätettävät jätteet.
3. Paperi (paper): Tähän astiaan kuuluvat kaikki paperijätteet, kuten sanomalehdet, aikakauslehdet ja käytetyt paperipyyhkeet. Kierrättämällä paperijätteet voimme säästää arvokkaita luonnonvaroja ja vähentää puunhakkuun tarvetta.

Pullot, tölkit ja paristot voi jättää mökin pöydälle.

Tunturimökit

Tunturimökkien jätteiden kierrätyspiste on T1B-mökin oikealla puolella.

Tunturimökin allaskaapissa on jäteastiat sekajätteelle ja biojätteelle. Portaiden alta löytyy lajitteluastia paperille, lasille ja metallille.

1. Biojäte (bio): Tähän astiaan lajitellaan eloperäiset jätteet, kuten ruoantähteet ja kasvijätteet. Biojätteet voidaan kompostoida, mikä on ekologinen tapa vähentää jätteiden määrää ja tuottaa ravinteikasta multaa kasveille.

4. Lasi: Tähän astiaan kuuluvat lasipullot ja lasiastiat. Juomalasit puolestaan kuuluvat sekajätteeseen.
5. Metalli: Kierrätettävä metalleja ovat esim. pelti, alumiini, teräs ja kupari.

Pullot, tölkit ja paristot voi jättää mökin pöydälle.

Kelomökit

Kelomökkien jätteiden kierrätyspiste Metsäsyötteentien alkupäässä. Kierrätyspisteen avain on tuulikaapissa, palautathan avaimen paikoilleen.

Kelomökissä on lajitteluastia biojätteelle, sekajätteelle ja paperille:
